By accessing or using the website https://ollingo.me and purchasing our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

This website is operated by Ollingo Software (Individual Entrepreneur, Olesia Morozova), based in Kyiv, Verhovinna 41/55, Ukraine.
3. License
Upon successful purchase, we provide you with a software access service, which is delivered as a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on a single device (one computer) for your personal use. You may transfer the license to another device by deactivating it on the current device and contacting us at [email protected]

4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, Liqpay or NOWPayments. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable after the license key has been delivered.
However, if the software does not work as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the software is at your own risk.

All rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Ollingo Software. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including EU consumer protection regulations.
